Our Story

Ridgeline started with one drum roaster, a rented unit off a service road, and a stubborn belief that coffee should taste like where it came from.

We buy in small lots and roast to order every Tuesday. Nothing sits. The date on the bag is the day it was roasted, not the day it was packed.

We are not trying to be the biggest roaster. We are trying to be the one you keep coming back to.
